WE ARE HIRING: Senior Client Manager, Milan (Italy)

WiseEnergy is seeking a Client Manager who understands and has solid experience of solar PV asset management to work closely with our teams in Milan and elsewhere to deliver quality asset management (technical, commercial/ regulatory and financial) to its Italian clients, (‘in-house’ and 3rd party).

It’s the ideal role for someone with good client-facing experience within the solar PV industry in Europe who understands and can consistently implement to a very high standard both the ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ aspects of client management. At present, our workforce is operating well on a remote basis, however as we emerge from the pandemic and return to our offices, you will be required to attend the Milan hub for around 40% of your time, with the option to work remotely the rest. Occasional travel to London and other locations will be required.In due course, the role is likely expand to other countries in continental Europe. Although the role will be initially heavily focused on Italy, it reports directly to the London-based Global Head of Client Management and will suit a candidate who can operate comfortably in both the local and global context.

It is the responsibility of the Senior Client Manager to know what makes our asset management clients value our service and to have deep understanding of their strategy, priorities, processes, KPIs and pain points! The challenge, (and the raison d’etre for this role) is to be able to translate that to the reality of the operating environment in a way that is fair and reasonable for WiseEnergy, and in line with our agreements.
